Thymalin, a peptide derived from the thymus, and BPC-157, a gastric peptide with regenerative properties, may work together to address both sides of this problem. The idea is that BPC-157 accelerates tendon repair at the injury site while Thymalin modulates immune function to support recovery. This stack design explores how to combine them for better outcomes after overuse injuries like tendinopathy.

1. Understand the roles of Thymalin and BPC-157 in tendon repair

BPC-157 is known for promoting angiogenesis and collagen production in damaged tendons. Animal studies show it can improve tensile strength of repaired Achilles tendons by something like 30-50% (PubMed). Thymalin, on the other hand, is a thymic peptide that helps normalize T-cell function and may reduce excessive inflammation. In overuse injuries, chronic low-grade inflammation can impair healing. Thymalin's immune-modulating effects could create a more favorable environment for BPC-157 to work.

6. Integrate with physical therapy and load management
